The following section describes how to connect the high−pressure
cleaner to the water supply.
The connection to the drinking water supply may only be made in
compliance with DIN 1988 − Technical Rules for Drinking Water
Installations, i.e. using pipe disconnectors of installation type 1 or an
independent outlet (buffer tank with a booster pump).
Please ensure that you check preconditions for connection to the
water supply before beginning connection work.
− The pipe must be at least 3/4" in diameter.
− The existing water pressure must be at least 4 bar.
Water pipes must be laid visibly, taking local conditions into
consideration, and secured against damage. They must not obstruct
operating personnel.
Caution
If there is a risk of freezing, the pipes must be laid in such a way as
to avoid the possibility of the water freezing.
