• Perform the milling operation by pressing guide bush-
ing 24 to the side surface of the template (see fig. 22).
Note: the template thickness must
not be less than 8 mm. Additionally,
when making a template, please note
that the router bit follows the template
contour with a certain offset (distance "b" in fig-
ure 22).
Power tool maintenance /
preventive measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Cleaning the dust extraction groove (see
fig. 23-24)
• Unscrew screws 32 and remove cover 33 as shown
in figures 23-24.
• Clean the groove with a soft brush�
• Install cover 33 and screw in screws 32 �
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean� Regularly
flush the power tool with compressed air thought the
ventilation slots 6 �
