Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Installing / replacing accessories (see fig. 1-3)

can become very hot, remove it using
gloves. This will also reduce the risk of
injury by the cutting edge.
•
Turn the power tool upside down
•
Press and hold spindle lock
11
(see fig. 1).
•
Release nut
12
using the wrench

[OF-1050 NV]
•
Unscrew nut
12
(see fig. 2)
;
•
Replace collet
27
;
•
If you want to use the router bit with another diam-
eter of shank (6 mm) - insert bush

•
Before removing collet
27
from nut

•
Tighten nut
12
on spindle
28

When installing or replacing the router bit:
•

26
into base plate
4
and fix it
with wing screws
5
(see fig. 9.2-10.2).
•
The parallel guide for
OF-1400 NV, OF-2100 NV
has
an adjusting screw
31
which can be used for accurate
adjustment (see fig. 11).
•
Disassembly operations do in reverse sequen-
ce
Initial operating
of the power tool
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power sup-
ply voltage must match the information quoted on the
power tool identification plate.
Switching the power
tool on / off
Short-term switching on / off
To switch on, press and hold on / off switch
2
, to switch
off - release it
Long-term switching on / off
Switching on:

Dust suction during
the power tool operation
Dust collection decreases dust concentra-
tion in the air and prevents build up of dust at
the work station
While operating the power tool, al
ways use a vacuum cleaner suitable for collecting pro-
cess-generated dust A special adapter is used to join
the vacuum cleaner to adaptor
22

Design features
of the power tool
Speed selector thumbwheel
Using speed selector thumbwheel
13
, you may select
the required spindle speed (also during operation)
The required speed is dependent on the material and
can be determined with practical trials
When operating your power tool at a low speed for a
long time, it has to be cooled down for 3 minutes To
do it, set a maximum speed and leave your power tool
to run idle
Soft start
[OF-1400 NV, OF-2100 NV]
Soft start (starting current limitation system) allows for
the soft start of the power tool - the router bit spins
up gradually without jerks and recoils, and when the
power tool is turned on, this does not impose an abrupt
load on the power network
Rotation speed stabilization system
The stabilization system maintains the preset RPM
both at an idle speed and under load This allows for
the smooth advance of the power tool during opera-
tion
