The green background data field on the top right shows the set temperature in degrees Celsius at
which the alarm will activate. The
blue
thermometer icon on the bottom right of the display sets the
lowest temperature
allowed before an alarm activates. The
red
thermometer icon on the bottom
right of the display sets the
highest temperature
allowed before an alarm activates. The value in the
data field corresponds to the thermometer icon with a green dot in its upper left corner. Pressing the
blue thermometer icon will bring up its data field and allow a change to its value. Pressing the red
thermometer icon will bring up its data field and allow a change to its value. To change either value,
press the keypad numbers for the new desired value. To enter a negative number, a user must enter
a value and then press the double arrow

button to toggle between positive and negative The
erase button on the top right of the keypad section will clear the data field and the pause button will
pause the motor’s operation. In order to exit this screen, the user must press either the green check
to save all changes, or the red X to cancel without saving changes.
Retrieve Unit Settings Screen
Looking at the Setup Screen, this is the third icon from the top left. Pressing this icon brings the user
to a screen of numbered profile register icons. Each numbered icon represents a register of saved
profile settings. Profiles that are saved in these registers include, bottle speed rock times and
deviation tolerance, bottle diameters, ramp rates and temperature profiles.

To load the saved settings for a given profile, press on the icon with the number that matches the
unit’s profile identification number. A
green dot
above the number indicates a register contains
stored information.
No green dot
indicates a register is empty.
