Safety Considerations
Read all instructions before attempting to operate this
machine and save these instructions.
Warning!
When using this unit, basic safety precautions
should always be followed to reduce the risk for personnel
injury.

No hot particles nor ignition sources are allowed to
be sucked into the unit. Th

used for explosives, unstable or pyrophoric particles or
dust.

2. Operation
Always follow the regulations pertinent to the mate-
rial you are working with ie asbestos. Don´t use the
machine for purposes that it isn´t intended for.
3. Body
injuries
Never let the suction come in contact with parts
of the body. Th
e strong suction eff ect can hurt the
blood-vessels in the skin. See also below under
warnings.
4. Compressed air supply hose
Never pull the unit by the compressed air supply
hose. Th
e supply hose must be correctly sized and
equipped with approved connectors. Check the con-
dition of the supply hose regularly. Th
e unit should
not be used if the supply hose or hose connectors are
damaged.
5. Air
defl ector
Th
e bend on the outlet functions as a defl ector to
prevent injury from the powerful air stream from the
exhaust. Th
e unit should not be used if this bend has
been removed.
6. Lock
out
For cleaning and maintenance of the unit, it is impe-
rative to disconnect the compressed air supply from
the unit.
7. Maintain the machine with care
Keep the machine clean and check that the hose is
undamaged and that all gaskets are tight. Follow
instructions. Keep handles dry and free from
oil and grease.
8. Checking for damage
Before futher use of the machine it should be ca-
refully checked that the machine is un damaged. If
there are any damaged parts these should be repaired
by a Dustcontrol authorized service center.
9. Warning
Use only accessories and replacable parts which are
available in the Dustcontrol catalogue. When using
faulty parts or pirate parts (especially fi lter) the
machine could leak out unhealthy dust which can
cause personal injuries.

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety. Children should
be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.

only, for example in hotels, schools, hospitals,
factories,shops, offi
ces and rental businesses.
