4. Start-up
The hygiene flush is deactivated in the factory settings. If the hygiene flush has been
installed properly and connected to the power supply or battery module, you can acti-
vate the hygiene flush (see 1.1 Hygiene flush membrane keypad).
> Press and hold the F2 button and press “+” once.
The status LED flashes twice on the membrane keypad. A flush is triggered after ap-
prox. 10 sec. The hygiene flush is activated.
5. Functional description
If the toilet is not used for a longer period of time, the automatic hygiene flush
triggers flushes at regular intervals to avoid stagnant water in the pipe system. The
hygiene flush is available in versions for mains and battery operation. The following
parameters can be set:
- Flush duration per flush (F1),
- Number of flush packages per hygiene flush (F3),
- Interval time (F4) at which the hygiene flushes are triggered and
- Time (F2+F4) at which the hygiene flush occurs.
The hygiene flush can be activated/deactivated (F2) and reset to the factory settings
(F1 +F3).
