9. Troubleshooting Support
CAUTION
The whirltub may be repaired only by a qualified plumber and electrician.
Problem Potential cause Solution
Foaming Soap or shampoo in the bath-
water.

Switch off the whirltub sys-
tem.

Fill the tub with fresh water.
Whirltub system does not
start?
Water level too low.
>
Add water until the water
level is about 5 cm above the
uppermost jet.
Mains switch is switched off.

Switch on at the mains.
Mains fuse is switched off.
>
Switch on the mains circuit
breaker.
Ground-fault switch (RCD) or
circuit breaker has tripped.
>
Disconnect the tub from the
mains.
>
Call customer service.
Control panel does not
respond?
System error

Disconnect the tub from the
mains.
>
Start up the tub again.
After the water has drained,
the Durapearl jets start
automatically and the
"Durapearl" button flashes.
The floor jets' blower auto-
matically starts a 2-minute
drying mode to remove any
remaining water from the
pipes.
Sound of motor during fill-
ing / after draining the tub.
Residual water drain pipes
and actuators are open /
closed.
There are 4 short signal
tones when activating the
air-water or water massage.
UV hygiene management is
defective.
