2. For your Safety
To ensure that you will enjoy your product for years to come, please read these operat-
ing instructions carefully, particularly the safety instructions.
Keep the operating and mounting instructions in a safe place and in the case of a change
in ownership, please ensure they are given to the new owner.
All documents relating to this product are available to download on the Internet at
www.duravit.com.
2.1 Normal use
The whirltub is to be used exclusively on private property, including a hotel room, in a
residential home or other similar situations and is not to be used for medical purposes.
Use is limited to indoors. It is to be used solely for bathing and is to be emptied after use.
Any other usage will be deemed as not corresponding with normal usage. Duravit AG
assumes no liability for abnormal usage.
2.2 Safety instructions
Please read and comply with the following safety instructions!
Remove electrical devices to eliminate the risk of a possible electrical shock.
λϡ Ensure that there are no electrical devices in the vicinity of the whirltub.
This product is designed to be used only by adults.
λϡ Children and persons with insufficient knowledge or experience in handling the
product, or who have limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, may only use
the product following proper instruction or when supervised.
λϡ Make sure that children cannot play with the product.
Always check that the whirltub is not damaged before use.
λϡ In particular, check the suction outlet cover and nozzles. If something is damaged
(cracks, broken corners…), the whirltub must not be used (not even for bathing).
Bathe only when in good health.
λϡ Do not use the whirltub if you have symptoms of influenza, a common cold or an
infectious disease.
λϡ Consult your doctor before using the whirltub if you suffer from high or low blood
pressure, tendency to bleeding, cardiac or vascular illness, acute illnesses or infec-
tions, circulation problems, diabetes or if you are pregnant.
