Lift idler pulley out of slot.

Replace with new
idler pulley.

Press both tension release
buttons and lift up
simultaneously.

Making sure to keep dog
point of set screw facing
down, insert idler pulley back
into slot.

Press Tension Release tail
pulley down until it “Locks“
into the locked position.

Remove Idler pulley
from conveyor.
