KL1 WALL CLADDING

 

TO AVIOD CORROSION:

Where at all possible try not to trap metal filings between two sheets. Remove all metal filings before riveting.

 

• 

Carbon in pencils reacts with the Zinc/Aluminium coating on steel. Use either crayon or ink to mark steel.

To Tack: 

To Tack on a wall sheet means to use minimum nails hammered partly in to hold Wall Sheets in position. Should a Wall 

Sheet need to be re

positioned, the nails can easily be prized out.

 

• 

If a window is required, identify Wall Sheet(s) with window hole pre

cut. Lean up Wall Sheets where window(s) are to be located.
