IX Return Procedure
If you need to return the gauge controller to Duniway Stockroom for service, call first to 650-969-
8811 or 800-446-8811 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). Then pack the instru-
ment securely, using the original packaging if it is available, being sure that the RMA number is
clearly marked on the outside of the package.
