5. Insert the assembled beater shaft
into the cylinder by placing one
blade on the bottom of the cylinder.
This will center the beater and allow
alignment with the drive shaft.
Rotate the beater assembly while
pushing, until the shank has en-
gaged the drive shaft.
6. See figure 7-4 and O-ring chart in
the Replacement Parts Section of
this manual. Install and lubricate
the O-rings (4,5) on the plunger (6)
and insert into the head (1), with
the slot facing the rear of the head.
7. Install and lubricate the 6-inch O-
ring (3) on the head (1).
8. Install and lubricate the O-ring (16)
on the air relief plug (14). Then,
thread the plug into the head
assembly.
