After all parts are washed, rinse
and then place them in the sanitiz-
ing solution.
Important:
Do not leave parts in sanitizer for
more than 15 minutes.
For proper sanitizing, the parts
must remain fully immersed in the
sanitizer for 5 minutes. Allow parts
to air-dry after sanitizing.
4.
Brush the spindle assembly with
the sanitizing solution and allow to
air-dry.
Important:
Do not submerge the spindle
motor in water. This will damage
the motor.

Use the sanitizing solution and
brush to thoroughly clean the mix
feed tube on the top of the freezer
to the cylinder as shown in fiugure
6-7. Also brush both ends of the
mix feed hose.

Using a warm dish detergent
solution thoroughly brush the inside
of the cylinder including the back
wall and the inside of the drain
tube, as shown in figure 6-8. Rinse
with clear water.
7.
Remove the drip tray and insert.
Wash in a warm dish detergent
solution and rinse with clear water.
8.
Wash the outside of the freezer and
inside of the cabinet with a warm
dish detergent solution. Rinse with
