Performance
Maximum speed in any gear should be reached only
after a correct break-in period with the motorcycle
properly serviced at the recommended intervals.
Important
Failure to follow these instructions will release
Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. from any liability for any
engine damage or shortened engine life.

cross-section having a diameter of 2.04 in (52 mm).

Fuel with a minimum octane rating of 90 (RON
+MON)/2.
Attention
The vehicle is compatible only with fuel having
a maximum ethanol content of 10% (E10). Using fuel
with ethanol content over 10% is forbidden. Using it
could result in severe damage of the engine and
motorcycle components. Using fuel with ethanol
content over 10% will make the warranty null and
void.
Brakes
Separate-action anti-lock brake system operated by
hall-type sensors mounted to each wheel with phonic
wheel detection: ABS can be disabled.
FRONT
Semi-floating drilled twin-disk of 12.60 x 0.20 in (320
x 5 mm).
Braking material: stainless steel.
Carrier material: stainless steel, black color.
Disk diameter: 12.60 x 0.18 in (320 x 4.5 mm).
Hydraulically operated by a control lever on handlebar
right hand side.
