General Notes on CDs
The device is suitable for music CDs that are recorded with
audio data (CD-DA or MP3 CD-R). MP3Formate must be
created with ISO 9660 Level 1 or Level 2. Multi-session discs
can not be read.
In MP3 mode, the terms "Folder" = album and "Title" are
crucial. "Folder" corresponds to a folder on the PC, "Title" file
on a PC or a CD-DA tracks.
The machine sorts the albums, or the title of an album by name
in alphabetical order. Should you prefer a different order,
change the name of the song or album and put a number
before the name.
When burning CD-R with audio files, various problems that
could lead to problems with playback. This is caused by faulty
software or hardware settings or the blank used. Should such
problems arise, you should use the service of your CD-
Burner / burner software vendor contact information or
appropriate - eg the internet - search.
Note:
When you make audio CDs, note the legal principles and not
infringed the copyrights of others.
Keep the disc tray closed always, to prevent dust from
collecting on the laser optics.
The unit can play CDs with MP3 files and regular audio CDs
(CD-DA). Other file extensions such as *. Doc, txt *., *. Pdf, etc.
are not supported. Can not be played inter alia Music files or
playlists with the extensions *. Wma, *. Aac, *. DLF, *. M3u and
*. PLS.
Note: Due to the many different software encoder can be no
assurance that any MP3 file can be played smoothly.
In case of faulty tracks / files to play the next track / file will
continue.
It is advantageous when burning the CD at a low speed to
burn and create the CD as a single-session and finalized.
