7. copy drumkits
The D-TRONIC Q-5 makes ist easy to combine your favourite
drumkits. Copying a kit to an individual User Kit (026 – 030)
is very simple.
In the Kit-mode please press the ENTER-button to reach the
selection of the functions Pad, Effect and Copy Kit. Choose
„Copy Kit“ and confirm your choice with the ENTER-button.
The LED switches to 026. Now you can save your previous
adjusted drumkit to the storage space 026 – 030. Choose your
number and save with the ENTER-button.
Now your copied drumkit is ready for final adjustments, be-
sides having the continued ability to carry a stock of 25 Kit
presets.
8. Metronome and tempo
The metronome function keeps a rhythm going while you play.
Press the CLICK-button to turn the function on and off.
Furthermore you can adjust various parameters in the Click-
mode:
8.1 Level
Level adjusts the volume level of the Click sound in a range
from 000 – 032.
8.2 Time Signature
Time Signature adjusts different measures for the Click sound.
The following beats can be chosen: 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 6/4, 3/8,
6/8 and 12/8.
8.3 Sound
This function makes it possible for you to choose between
three different sounds for the Click.
8.4 Tempo
While the metronome is enabled you can adjust the tempo
with the tempo buttons in a range from 020 – 240 bpm (beats
per minute).
