DsNAk “NoT ACkNowLeDGe resPoNse” CoMMAND
The DSNAk Not Acknowledge Response command is the HDRM’s response when it re-
ceives a command it does not recognize or the received command has errors such as the
checksum failed.

The key Down and key Up transmit event messages are reset to the hard-coded text mes-
sages (Table 10) after performing a Factory Reset.
In addition to resetting the transmit messages, a factory reset also clears each key’s
programmable function. by default the function of a key is cleared so the key no longer
performs an action when pressed.
To enable transmitting key event serial messages, a programmable button will need to
be programmed to the “COMM” function, using the serial command DSpkF (see Section
Communication protocol) or through the programmable button Menu (Set Function) (see
Section programmable buttons). Otherwise, keys will not transmit key event messages.
