UM-HDRM(G) 4/17
CoMMUNICATIoN ProToCoL (CoNTINUeD)
DsCDv “CHANGe DIsPLAYeD vIDeo” CoMMAND
The DSCDv Change Displayed video command is used to change the input video source.
Example:
$DSCDv,SDI*34
Video changed to SDI input.
Response: DSACk or DSNAk
DsIbT “INITIATeD I-bIT” CoMMAND
The DSIbT Initiated I-bIT command starts the I-bIT System Test. Immediately upon receiv-
ing DSIbT, the HDRM responds with DSbTR (Request bIT Results), indicating the I-bIT
set is incomplete. when I-bIT completes, the DSbTR is transmitted with bIT results.
The
HDRM is unable to process any commands until the I-BIT has completed.
Example: $DSIbT,00*64[CR][LF]
(Command runs.)
Response:
HDMR-CRH immediately responds with DSbTR with bIT status flag set to in-
complete upon receiving a DSIbT command, runs IbIT and transmits a DSbTR with results.
DsbTq “reqUesT bIT resULTs” CoMMAND
The DSbTq Request bIT Results command requests the HDRM to transmit the last bIT
System Test results. After startup, use DSbTq prior to DSIbT to get p-bIT results. Also
use DSbTq to request C-bIT results. See Table 11 (page 37) for events performed at bIT.
Example: $DSbTq,00*7C[CR][LF]
Requests an BIT response from HDRM
Response: DSbTR or DSNAk
DsbTr “bIT resPoNse” CoMMAND
The DSbTR bIT Response command contains status information and results from running
bIT. when DSIbT (initiate bIT) is received, HDRM immediately transmits a bIT response
with status flags bit 7 set low. Upon completion of DSIbT, HDRM transmits a second re-
sponse message with status flags bit 7 set high, with test results. See Table 11 (page 37) for
events performed at bIT.
