When using butane gas, the set screw should be turned fully
clockwise. The diameter of the by-pass is indicated in point "5.2,
Table of burner data and knobs".
When using natural gas, adjust the screw so that when the
thermostat knob is turned from maximum to minimum, the flame
will always remain stable and uniform. Close the oven door and
check that the burner remains lit at the minimum setting.
Nozzle change
• Unscrew screw A from the oven burner.
• Move burner B out until the nozzle is accessible.
• Use a wrench 7 to change the nozzle, setting the correct one for the type of gas to
be used. (See point 5.2 of the burners and nozzles table).
Setting the oven burner in the air flow
• Unscrew the adjusting screw "A" from the air
regulator cover. Turn the regulator cover "B" to the
position of the type of gas to be used, see table
below
• Tighten set screw and restore seal (make a mark
after sealing).
• When the operation is complete, reassemble the
burner correctly.

When the operation is complete, replace the nameplate on the back of the oven with
the new plate provided with the new type of gas.
