Install the metal inbus in the brackets.
Insert the tube with nylon endcap into the bracket, and secure by 

tightening the inbus screw at the bottom. Repeat for the other side!

The bracket will be installed 

underneath the drawer in 

the predrilled holes 

underneath the sideboard
