PROFIBUS

host port on the HPG generator consists of a 9-pin, female,

subminiature-D connector, two status LEDs, and two rotary address switches
located beside the connector. This section describes the

of the

PROFIBUS

commands.

Note:

Dressler’s

PROFIBUS

protocol does not support the following functions:

address changing, freeze/unfreeze modes, or sync modes.
