Seek medical assistance immediately in case of swallo-
wing the battery cell.
Wipe the charger terminals with a dry cloth if they get
dirty.
Power tools must be recharged before use. Always follow
the instructions in this manual and select the appropria-
te charging procedure.
When the device is not in use, do not leave it on the
charger.
After prolonged storage, you need to recharge and di-
scharge the power tool several times before it operates
at maximum effectiveness.
When disposing of the cells, separate different electro-
chemical systems.
Recharge only with the charger indicated by the Ma-
nufacturer. Do not use a charging accessory that was
not supplied with the device. A charger adapted to work
with one type of batteries may cause a risk of fire while
recharging other batteries.
BEFORE USING THE TOOL FOR THE FIRST
TIME.
Do not leave the device near heat sources or expose it
to direct sunlight. Protect against temperatures above
45⁰C. Protect the device against direct heat sources.
Do not recharge the battery at temperatures below 4.5⁰C
or above 40⁰C. This will prevent serious damage to the
battery. Recharging the batteries at an air temperature
of 18⁰C to 24⁰C ensures longer service life and better
performance.
The best battery performance is ensured at room tempe-
rature (20°C ± 5°C).
ATTENTION:
If the battery has been discharged due to
continuous switching on, exposure to high temperatures
or sunlight, please allow the device to cool down before
recharging to achieve full battery capacity.
A lithium-ion battery is protected against complete
discharging. A protection circuit switches the device off
when the battery is discharged. The tool holder will not
rotate.
Warning: In case of continuously switching on the device,
despite signalling a flat battery by the device switching
off, a lithium battery may be damaged.
ATTENTION:
The charger in the set is intended only for
tool should be kept clean and in good condition to gu-
arantee safe and better work.
When using tools, do not wear loose clothing or jewel-
lery. Ensure a stable standing space and wear non-slip
shoes.
Long hair should be covered.
Loose clothes, jewellery and long hair can be caught by
moving parts.
Do not distract the person using the tool. This may result
in the loss of control of the device.
Do not use the tool if the switch is faulty. Electrical de-
vices which cannot be switched on or off represent a
hazard and must be repaired.
Do not overload the device. If the speed is visibly redu-
ced, stop working, take off the load and switch the power
off. Use a tool with the right parameters, which will be
better suited to the task.
Keep electrical tools out of the reach of children.
Only use accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Recharge the batteries only with a charger provided or
recommended by the manufacturer.
Empty batteries should be disposed of at dedicated col-
lection points.
Always use appropriate bits. Bits of improper size, which
do not exactly match the screwdriver, can fall out and
cause bodily injury.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY
CELLS INSIDE THE TOOL
Do not disassemble, open or tear the battery cells.
Do not short-circuit the charger terminals. Do not sto-
re the power tool loosely if there is a risk of accidental
short-cutting of the terminals by themselves or by other
conductive materials. If the power tool is not in use, keep
it away from other metal objects, such as paper clips, co-
ins, keys, nails, screws and other metal objects that may
short-circuit the charger terminals.
Do not expose the power tool to high temperature or fire.
Do not leave the power tool in direct sunlight.
Do not expose the power tool to mechanical damage.
In case of battery leakage, do not allow the liquid to
come into contact with skin or eyes. In case of exposu-
re, flush the area with plenty of water and seek medical
assistance.
