41.1 Setting Sub Service timers using the EPG
The process is exactly the same as in the chapter before. The difference however is that you
choose a service that offers sub services and press the
red
Options-Button
to access the
EPG. Afterwards press the
green Options-Button
to add it as a DVR-Recording. The “Timer
edit” menu will open up.
The Sub Service menu will open up. Select the
Sub Service that you want to record and press the
OK-Button
.
After you have set a timer you will be taken back to
the EPG view.
The timer is indicated by the clock symbol in the
EPG.
Press the
Exit-Button
to leave the EPG.
42. Timeshift
Once you started an instant recording you can fast-forward and rewind while recording as
long as you have already recorded at least 1 minute long.
Press the
yellow Options-Button
to pause the screen (video and audio will pause). The
recording will continue in the background. Press the
yellow Options-Button
again to
resume watching.
This way you won’t have to miss anything ever again if you quickly have to catch a phone
call.
The Timeshift-Mode can be exited by pressing the
TV-Button
.
