This parameter represents the minimum time (in seconds)
between an exit from the L2 state and the next entry into
the L2 state.
This parameter represents the minimum time (in seconds)
between an entry into the L2 state and the first Power
Trim (power saving) in the L2 state and between two
consecutive Power Trims in the L2 State.
