Removing the CO
2
absorber

Remove the CO
2
absorber:
– CLIC absorber (disposable absorber)
Or
– Reusable absorber
CLIC absorber (disposable absorber)
Observe the instructions for use of the CLIC
absorber.

Press the release button (A). The CLIC adapter
flips open.

Pull the CLIC absorber (B) upwards out of the
holder (C).

Flip the holder back until it audibly clicks into
place.
Reusable absorber
1
Unscrew the CO
2
absorber (A) from the
compact breathing system.

Remove and dispose of the disposable dust
filter (B) (option).

Empty the used soda lime. Dispose of the soda
lime according to its instructions for use.

Remove the absorber insert (C) from the
absorber container. The sealing ring (D)
remains on the absorber insert.
