TIP
Pressure losses in the compressed air supply line
Compressed air hoses that are too long, undersized cross-sections and constrictions to
the diameter in the compressed air supply line can lead to excessive pressure loss.
w
Keep the compressed air hoses as short as practically possible.
w Dimension the cross-section of the compressed air line according to the expected
flow rate.
w Avoid constrictions to the diameter in the compressed air supply line:
— no kinks
— no radii less than 3 x the hose diameter
— keep the number of quick-fit connectors as low as possible
1. Shut off the compressed air supply via the factory main valve.
2. Connect your own compressed air hose to the input side of the compressed air
maintenance unit (

3. Connect the output side of the compressed air maintenance unit to the surface
cleaning device via a compressed air hose.

4.3 Suction Connection
NOTICE
Equipment damage caused by foreign objects at the suction port
Should a foreign object get into the suction port, the filter or the suction fan may be
damaged.
w Make sure that no foreign objects are suctioned into the port.

w Keep the suction hoses as short as practically possible.

1. Attach the suction hose(s) of the surface cleaning device to the appropriate suction
ports of ESUC with a hose clamp.
2. If necessary, set the suction volume flow via a possibly existing throttle valve
