nections with a 25 mm hollow
punch.

5. Screw the pump control terminal box on the cold-
water protection side on the side of the insulating
cover or somewhere else that can be easily rea-
ched. (See fig. 09.20007.025.)
6. Fit the front panel of the insulating cover.
7. Pass the sensors to the outside the insulating
cover through an opening in the top edge of the
side panel .
Take care not to kink or pinch the wires.
Fit the thermal safety valve to a position where
it can be easily reached.
8. Put the insulating sheet on top of the heat exchan-
ger and put the top insulating cover over it.

9. Make the chimney connection with an insulated
connecting pipe. Make sure that the connection is
tight. See the installation instructions for more
information about installing the fireplace.
10. Fit the flue operating knob within reach.
Allow 25-30 cm play on the operating cable so
that the maintenance hatch will be easy to
open and remove (see "Maintenance" chapter).
11. Finish the installation as described. See Appendix
5 for an illustrative installation diagram.
12. Refit all removable parts (such as inner plates, baf-
fle plate and grate) into the fireplace.
As the heat exchanger has a flue gas valve,
you can take the cast-iron baffle valve and its
operating rod out of the fireplace.
