3.2 Troubleshooting

Water No water is dosed. Pump motor defective. Check voltage PCB − pump motor.
Replace defective part.
Check/replace pump motor
Float sticks in high position. Check on roughness of float and float needle.
Replace defective part.
Dosed volume Not calibrated. Calibrate the dispenser.

Light sensor defective. Replace the light sensor.

Encoder disc assembled to
high. Push the encoder disc downwards, so the
serration comes between the light sensor.
Water leakage. Inlet valve doesn’t close
correctly. Check/replace inlet valve.
Water tank leakage. Fill/check the water tank.

comes from the Dirty light sensor (water
selector). Clean the light sensor.

Defective light sensor
(water selector). Replace the light sensor.
Calcification of the water
selector outlet. Disassemble the water selector check the
outlet.

serration, remove calcium deposit from the
