Contacts
Contacts are used for storing names and numbers. The Contacts menu consists of one or
more tabs that you can scroll through. The number of tabs depends on how many groups
you have created. The names and numbers are listed in alphabetical order on the tabs. You
can store up to 170 contacts, and you can add 4 numbers to each contact. Contact entries
are shared between all handsets registered with the gateway.
Add a contact
In the Main menu, choose Contacts , and then press

Add contact
, and then press

Press Edit to enter the name editor, key in the name and press

Scroll down and choose a number field, press

, and then key in a number,
Press Options , choose Number type , and then press

.
Choose the preferred number type, press

to confirm, and then press
L
to return
to the number editor. Do the same for all the numbers you want to add to the contact.
Press
Save and then Yes , when prompted. You need to key in both a name and a
number for a contact before you can save the information
Delete a contact
In the Main menu, choose Contacts , press

, then choose the contact you want to delete.
Press Options , choose Delete contact , and then press Yes when prompted to delete
the contact.
To delete all contacts, choose Delete all contacts , and then press Yes , when prompted
to delete the list. When you delete a contact, it is automatically deleted from any related
groups.
Find a contact
In the Main menu, choose Contacts and then press

. Use the navigation keys to
navigate through the tabs and to scroll up and down.
You can also search for a contact by entering the first letter of the name.
In the Main menu, choose Contacts and then press

. Enter the first letter of the name
of the contact you are looking for.
Edit a contact
In the Main menu, choose
Contacts

, then choose the wanted contact.
Press Options , choose Edit contact, and choose the field you want to edit.
Press Edit , and make your edits.
