KEY OVERRIDE CYLINDER

If cylinder is not already assembled in the lock,proceed as follows:

ADJUST LOCK HANDING ON OUTSIDE HOUSING ASSEMBLY

4.  Wire must not be pinched 

when re-installing back plate

5.  Re-assemble back plate using 

screws as shown

1. Remove 4 screws

2. Remove back plate

May be necessary to 

loosen post to remove 

back plate

Connect W1 to W2 (Communication)

Connect V1 to V2 (Power)

Use short 8-32 screws on door thickness
1 3/8" ≤ THK ≤ 1 11/16"
Use Long 8-32" screws on door thickness 
1 11/16" < Thk ≤ 2.0"

Use short 6-32 screws on door thickness
1 3/8" ≤ THK ≤ 1 11/16"
Use long 6-32" screws on door thickness
1 11/16" < Thk ≤ 2.0"

Use short 12-24 screw for thickness
≤ 1 3/4 (using the long screw for door
≤ 1 3/4 will damage the mechanism)

1. All screws should be tightened properly
2. Connect batteries after tightening all screws
