Drill the holes for the door closer according to the
door closer’s assembly instructions.

Drill the holes for the slide rail’s mounting plate.

Mount the door closer and the lever according to
the door closer’s assembly instructions.

The back of the mounting plate
contains insulation which must not be
damaged during mounting!

Mount the mounting plate with the control unit

Push the LED selector switch
[A]
down.

Push the reset type selector switch
[B]
to the
desired position.

TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Mount the slide rail flush with the mounting
plate.
1.
Mount the slide rail on the mounting plate
according to DIN-L mounting.
2.
Plug in the plug.
‣ A connection between the slide rail and the
control unit is made.

Mount the slide rail on the mounting plate
according to DIN-R mounting.
2.
Plug in plug.
‣ A connection between the slide rail and the
control unit is made.

1.
Determine the desired size of the door opening
angle.
If the door opening angle is less than 105°, then
only partially break the perforated area. Only
break the perforated area out completely if the
door angle is greater than 105°.

Deburr and remove shavings.

ATTENTION!
Remove the protective dust cap from
the smoke detector!

ATTENTION!
Pull the cable out of the slide rail with a
slight tug!
3.
Clip the beam onto the mounting plate.
4.
Screw the beam to the slide rail with the two M5 x
10 mm fillister head screws.

CAUTION
Risk of injury from uncontrolled movement
of the lever
Before loosening the screw, close the valves
on the door closer!
1.
Close the valves on the door closer (see door
closer’s manual).
2.
Open the door.
3.
Loosen the EMF’s screw connection.

Place the spacer disc between the lever and the
sliding block.
2.
Turn the lever to the slide rail.
3.
Screw the lever to the sliding block.
4.
Open the valves on the door closer (see door
closer’s manual).
