2.2 Installation in 19" server cabinet

Screwing on the angle profiles

The installation material required for installation in a 19" 
server cabinet is provided. Attach the angle profiles to the 
device with the respective countersink screws (fig. 9-1).

Telescopic runners

If desired, the device can also be fitted with telescopic 
runners in a 19" server cabinet. You will find appropriate 
threaded holes on the sides of the housing. The washers 
provided as part of the delivery serve to compensate toler-
ances between the device and the telescopic runners (fig. 
9-2).  

The required telescopic runners and installation material are 
not included in the scope of delivery.

Inserting the cage nuts

In the 19" server cabinet, insert the four cage nuts supplied 
into the mounting frame at the place where the device is to 
be positioned (fig. 9-3). 

Screwing the device in place in the server cabinet 

Then screw the device in place in the server cabinet using 
the supplied round head screws and the inserted cage nuts 
(fig. 9-4).
