Depending on your level, you can adjust the speed and/or incline of the treadmill at any time during the program.
However, when a new section of the workout begins, the treadmill will go back to the default settings.
Pausing your treadmill during a program:
•
For less than a 5 min break:
The program restarts to gradually reach the running speed set just before the break.
The pre-recorded program settings are recovered when you reach the next flashing segment
•
For more than a 5 min break:
The running section of the program restarts at 2 kmph. Then you can manually change the speed of your running.

Program selection:
•
CALORIE programs (1 to 10): Press the button
until you reach the desired program.
•
PERFORMANCE programs (11 to 20): Press the button
until you reach the desired program.
•
Press the button
to start the selected program.
•
Press the button
to pause the program at any time.
•
Press the button
to stop the program at any time.
Measuring your heart rate:
•
You can take your heart rate at the beginning and end of your workout by placing each of your palms on the pulse sensors. Your heart rate will
appear on the screen. This measurement is indicative and is under no circumstances medically reliable.

The information mode allows you to set certain parameters and display a summary of your performances.
