TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Below is a chart detailing the most common problems, their causes and 
solutions. Prior to troubleshooting, isolate the unit by removing the cord from the 
power socket.

 

PROBLEM

No steam 

The steamer is not

Water tank is empty. 

Plug the power cable and 

make sure the Indicator light is 

on. 

 

Refill the water tank as 

instructed. 

 

No steam, but

Condensation is 

formed inside the

Press the Steam Trigger and 

release the water until steam 

comes. 

 

Puffs of steam

Leave the steamer to cool 

down for a while before refill,
