suction lost
1. The dust bin is full.
2. The central Animal
brush or the side
brushes are blocked.
1. Empty the dust bin, clean
the motor and the filters.
2. Remove any hair and
debris from the brushes.
Check that there is no dirt
obstructing the robot.

The appliance
is hard to
manoeuvre. The wheels are jammed.
Clean the vacuum wheels and
remove the hair and other
debris caught up around
them.

The remote
control does
not work
1. The batteries are not
inserted or need to
be replaced.
2. The remote control
is broken.
1. Change the batteries.
2. Replace the remote
control for a new one.
