Problem with the
temperature sensor.
Unplug the appliance,
empty it and leave it to cool
down for about an hour. If
the problem persists, please
contact the DOMOOVA
after-sales service.
11 E1 code error
Problem attaching the
container to the motor
base.
Remove the container from
the motor base and attach
it again. Check that the
connectors align correctly. If
the problem persists, please
contact the DOMOOVA
after-sales service.
12 E2 code error
Problem with the motor
overheating.
Unplug the appliance
and leave it to cool down
for about an hour. If the
problem persists, please
contact the DOMOOVA
after-sales service.
13 E3 code error The container is too hot.
Stop the appliance and
unplug it. Leave it to cool
down for about an hour. If
the problem persists, please
contact the DOMOOVA
after-sales service.
