Operating the oven
n
Let the oven cool down before you clean it.
Hot surfaces can be damaged by cold
water or a damp cloth.
n
Clean the exterior surfaces with a moist
cloth without using abrasive, corrosive and
chloride cleaning agents. Do not use steel
wool.
n
Do not leave any acidic or alkaline substan-
ces such as vinegar, salt, lemon juice on the
surface.
n
Stainless steel and enamelled surfaces
should only be cleaned with soapy water or
detergents.

Care and cleaning

Open the door until it snaps in for the first
time (door remains half open at a 45°
angle).
n
Ignite the grill burner (turn rotary knob

clockwise).
If the ignition fails release the rotary knob
and wait for at least 10 seconds before
igniting again.

Switch off
When switching off the oven:

Put the operating knob

If the refrigerator / oven is to be taken out
of operation for an extended period of time,
close the onboard shut-off valve and the
cylinder valve.
CAUTION!

Leave the oven door half open during
the grilling.
n
Never use the grill for more than 25
minutes
