New Generation models only
• E0 is displayed.
• Three thermostat range setting lights are
flashing. (First generation DMR702 and
DMR702-D models only)
The DC voltage is too low.
The lower control module cannot handle the AC ripple level.
There is a short or a failed circuit in the lower control module.
There is a loose or weak ground.
The communication wire harness has lost continuity or is shorted to
ground.
There is RF interference.
The upper control module is defective.
New Generation models only
• E1 is displayed.
• The left thermostat range setting light is
flashing. (First generation DMR702 and
DMR702-D models only)
There is a loose or weak ground.
The communication wire harness has lost continuity or is defective.
There is a short or a failed circuit in the lower control module.
There is RF interference.
The upper control module is defective.
The gas pressure is too low or absent.
The knob on the gas valve has been turned to the off or closed
position.
The altitude is affecting the operation of the refrigerator in gas mode.
The resistance on the gas valve solenoid is out of specification.
New Generation models only
• E2 is displayed.
• The middle thermostat range setting light
is flashing. (First generation DMR702 and
DMR702-D models only)
The thermistor has a bad connection.
There is a short in the thermistor wire.
The thermistor is not operating within the proper temperature range.
The lower control module is not reading the thermistor correctly.
New Generation models only
• E3 is displayed.
• Two thermostat range setting lights are
flashing. (First generation DMR702 and
DMR702-D models only)
The thermal fuse is tripped.
The thermofuse is defective.
Improper installation caused an imbalance in the airflow around the
refrigerator.
The heating element is out of specification or loose.
The heating element is defective.
The orifice is blocked.
The burner is blocked.
The cooling unit is defective.
There is a short or a failed circuit in the lower control module.
New Generation models only
• E4 is displayed.
• The right thermostat range setting light is
flashing. (First generation DMR702 and
DMR702-D models only)
The DC voltage is too low.
There is a short or a failed circuit in the lower control module.
