E0 is displayed.
Three thermostat range setting
lights are flashing. (First generation
DMR702 and DMR702-D models
only)
The DC voltage is too low.
The lower control module cannot
handle the AC ripple level.
Perform a diagnostic on the power supply.
The communication wire harness
has lost continuity or is shorted to
ground.
Perform a diagnostic on the communication wire
harness.
There is a loose or weak ground.
Clean or tighten the ground connections for
the lower control module, gas valve and RV
converter as needed. Strip back the wiring and
make new connections as needed.
There is RF interference.
Perform a diagnostic for RF interference.
There is a short or a failed circuit in
the lower control module.
If the error persists, replace the lower control
module.
The upper control module is
defective.
If replacing the lower control module does not
resolve the error, replace the upper control
module.
E1 is displayed.
The left thermostat range setting
light is flashing. (First generation
DMR702 and DMR702-D models
only)
The gas pressure is too low or
absent.
The knob on the gas valve has
been turned to the off or closed
position.
Perform a diagnostic on the gas supply.
The resistance on the gas valve
solenoid is out of specification.
Perform a diagnostic on the gas valve.
The communication wire harness
has lost continuity or is shorted to
ground.
Perform a diagnostic on the communications
wire harness.
There is a loose or weak ground.
Clean or tighten the ground connections for
the lower control module, gas valve, and RV
converter as needed. Strip back the wiring and
make new connections as needed.
There is RF interference.
Perform a diagnostic for RF interference.
There is a short or a failed circuit in
the lower control module.
If the error persists, replace the lower control
module.
The upper control module is
defective.
If replacing the lower control module does not
resolve the error, replace the upper control
module.
E2 is displayed.
The middle thermostat range
setting light is flashing. (First
generation DMR702 and
DMR702-D models only)
The thermistor has a bad
connection.
There is a short in the thermistor
wire.
The thermistor is not operating
within the proper temperature
range.
There is a short or a failed circuit in
the lower control module.
1. Perform a diagnostic on the thermistor.
2. If the error persists, replace the lower
control module.
