Battery Guard
• To protect the batteries from complete discharging, the RCCA920 is equipped with
an integrated battery monitoring system.
• To protect the batteries, the monitoring system will switch the unit off once the
battery voltage drops below the preset cut-out value. The operation starts again
after the unit is connected to an external power source and the batteries are
charged again. This cut-in process may take several minutes. Leave the appliance
switched on during this period.
• The battery guard is protected by a 10A fuse located in the compressor
compartment.

Charging LED
• The LED indicates the status of the battery charging process.
Yellow LED : charging in process
Green LED : charging completed
• The LED only lights up if AC is connected. The LED is off during normal operation of
the unit using battery power.
• For optimal battery performance, the unit should only be disconnected from AC and
put into operation, when the LED has changed to green.
Electronic Control Unit
• The electronic unit controls and regulates the set-point temperature of the unit.
• At standard conditions the instrument displays the inside temperature in °C.
• Beside this standard display, the control unit displays different symbols when
relevant :

Inner fan is running
Alarm situation
Defrost cycle is running
