Thread Webbing through Cam Buckle :

8 - Obtain one of the Cam Buckles and Depress Lever

9 - Thread Webbing through opening in the Cam Buckle

Ensure the Single Bar on the Web Keeper is positioned as shown.

Facing up and the webbing is not twisted.

9 - Pull webbing through the Cam Buckle until the pre-marked line is in position with the cam buckle.

10 - Repeat Steps 6 - 8 to thread the webbing through the other Cam Buckle
