Technical maintenance
Current maintenance consists in checking oil level in the vacuum
pump and its refilling, if the level is too low. To provide correct oper-
ation of the machine, check the oil level at regular intervals through
the sight-glass at the machine back side.
The oil level must be maintained between MIN and MAX marks.
The machine contains no lubricating points and does not require peri-
odical lubrication.
Oil pump
General information
Note
Turbid oil (resembling white coffee) indicates contaminations and
should be refilled with new one. Carry out oil refilling according to
the instructions given in the “Oil Pump” Section.
Note
In standard delivery, the pump is not filled with oil.
Oil is included in the complete set and is delivered in a bottle placed
in the package with the machine.
Note
It is forbidden to use the vacuum packaging machine without oil in
the pump.
