Controlling via TPM2-Protocol
With the AuroraDMX Control it is possible to use the TPM2 protocol via USB
interface. For this the VCP driver must be installed which creates a virtual COM-Port.
The COM-Port-Number can be identified via the device
manager.
Now, the COM port must be set within the software. The other parameters are
115000Baud, no parity, 1 stop bit (115000 8N1).
The AuroraDMX Control outputs the transmitted data to the connected Panels.
RGBW-Control
Each RGBW-Panel is used with 4 channels. This means that the first panel reserves
channels 1-4, the second panel reserves channels 5-8 etc.
RGB-Control
The AuroraDMX Control offers the option to use RGB-Data for control via
Add W-
Channel on RGB TPM2 data
.
If this option is activated, each panel is controlled with 3 channels. In this case, the
white value will be always output with the value 0.
This means that the first panel receives channels 1-3, the second panel receives
channels 4-6 etc..
