3. Unscrewing the cartridge cap.
Unscrew the cap of the new lubricant cartridge
counterclockwise and pull it off.
Before mounting the cartridge, press lightly on
the piston to squeeze out some grease from the
outlet.
Pay attention to cleanliness when performing
the work. Be sure to avoid dirt, liquids, and foreign
objects from entering the cartridge.
3. Remove the housing from the power unit
of the FP 250/400/500B with ext. battery compart-
ment.
Turn the retaining ring counterclockwise in or-
der to remove the upper housing from the power
unit.
Remove the upper housing from the power unit.
Make sure that no dirt, water or foreign
bodies enters the lubricant cartridge.
Losen the retaining ring at the marked posi-
tions.
