Issue:
Corrective Action:
The console does not
turn on
1.
Make sure that the On/Off button is
turned on.
2.
Check if the pin on the console cable is
properly connected. If any pins are bent,
straighten them carefully and plug the
cable back into the computer.
3.
A loose connection can result in the
console not displaying the feedback data
or showing no display at all. Make sure
that the power cord is fully plugged in.
Reconnect the power cord wires if
disconnected.
4.
Unplug the power cord. Remove the
bolts that hold the console against the
upright, lift the console gently and check
to make sure that cables are properly
connected and secure into the console
itself. This connection should be tight and
once seated correctly the cable will be
difficult to remove from the computer.
Incline/resistance
does not change
when adjusting it
1. Remove the power source and put it
back in place.
2. Unplug the machine from the mains
and take the console off. Please check
that the cables are properly connected,
and the pins are all straight.
If the console behaves abnormally, please unplug the mains adapter, leave it unplugged for
60 seconds and then plug it back in again. If the problem persists please see below:
