Save station

We have equipped the system with 40 memory spaces (30 x USW, 10 x MW) into which you
can save your favourite stations. To do this:

Ø

Enter the first station that you would like to save.

Ø

Press CLOCK / MEMORY to start saving.

Ø

Select the desired memory using PRE-DN / PRE-UP.

Ø

Then press CLOCK / MEMORY again to save the station.

Ø

Continue with all your favourite stations.

Ø

You can recall the saved stations by selecting the desired memory position using PRE-DN
/ PRE-UP.

Timer Mode / Sleep Timer

If you have set the time on the system, you can then use the timer mode to have the system
switch itself on and off automatically, e.g. to wake you up in the mornings.

Ø

Hold down the

Timer

button for one second. The hour of

the on-time then flashes in the display. Using SKIP-DN

), now select the desired hour and

confirm your entry by briefly pressing the TIMER button.

Now, the minutes of the on-time flash. Using SKIP-DN (

Now, the hours in the off-time flash. Using SKIP-DN (

Now select whether the system should turn on in CD or
radio mode by using SKIP-DN (

press the TIMER button again.

Finally, set the desired volume for the timer mode using
SKIP-DN (

) and press the TIMER button.

Ø

Now, all the parameters set by you will be displayed one
after the other in the display. The timer symbol will show
you that your programming is active and the system will
switch on.

Ø

If you should make a mistake during programming (e.g.
setting the same time for turning on and off), then “

ERROR

will show up in the display. Please repeat your entry if this
happens.

Ø

After the system has turned off at the set time, the timer remains active so that the
system can also switch itself back on the following day at the programmed time. If you do
not want it to do this, briefly press the TIMER button to deactivate the timer.
