To play MP3 CDs,

you can search for tracks through the first letter of the name of the

track. To do this, press STEREO / MONO / ESP. Then, enter the first letter of the title you are
searching for using SKIP-DN (

) / SKIP-UP (

:

). The name of the track immediately

appears in the display. Press PLAY / PAUSE to play this track.

Repeat function

If you press the

REPEAT

button once during playback, the display shows “REPEAT”, and the

track currently being played will be repeated. If you press this button twice, the whole CD
will be repeated and “REPEAT ALL” is displayed. The track(s) will be repeated over and over,
until you leave the repeat mode by pressing the REPEAT button again or if your cancel
playback by pressing the STOP button.

Playback in programmed order

You can programme the playback of tracks in a special sequence of up to 64 tracks selected
by yourself.

Stop play and press the

MEMORY

button. “MEMORY” appears in the display and

requests you to enter the first track.

Select the first track using SKIP-DN (

) or SKIP-UP (

:

).

Ø

Press the MEMORY button to save the title. The “

P02

” display shows you that you can now

save the 2nd title as described. Repeat this step until you have entered all the desired
tracks.

Ø

Press PLAY / PAUSE to start playing the saved play list.

Ø

If you press STOP, this stops play and the system leaves the programme mode.
However, the play list is saved.

Ø

To delete the programme press the STOP button twice, or open the CD compartment, or
select another signal source. Then the MEMORY indication in the display goes out.

Intro function

Use the INTRO function to let the unit play the initial 10 seconds of every CD track.
Therefore press the INTRO button. Press the button again to cancel this function.

Random

If you want to let the system play the tracks in a random order, press

RANDOM

. “RANDOM”

will appear in the display. Press this button again to end random play. The tracks will then
be played in the normal sequence again.
