Waterbase with Frame
.
Insert the spring legs
on
the poster frame
into the holes
in
the waterbase.
Carefully lay down the poster frame and
secure
it
with the base by using
included metal plates and nuts.
Lift the unit to its upright position. Connect the power cable as shown:
2. Remove the cap on water base using the provided tool and fill up with water.
Tips: use a plastic funnel to easily fill the water.
