The below designations in brackets refer the first digit to the picture-No., and the second digit(-s) to
the position-No. on the same picture in section 9.2 and this section 9.4.
1. Use the wall/bulkhead mounted main security breaker to disconnect electrical supply, and lock it
with a padlock or a cable tie.
2. Remove the top cover (4/1), (2 screws, see 4/2).
3. Loosen and lift off the inlet feeding tube (4/3).
4. Disconnect the dust hose with inlet pipe (4/11) from the cover with dust collecting bag (4/4) and
lift off the cover.
5. Dismantle the dust hose (hose clamp, 4/10) from the outlet (4/5). Dismantle the outlet (4/5)
from the outlet connection (4/8), (4 screws, see 4/6), n
ote the O-ring
(4/7) which seals between
the outlet and the outlet connection. Unscrew the outlet connection (4/8) from the end shield
(4/9). Remove the dust hose (4/10) by bringing it inwardly into the hole in the front panel.
6. Loosen the six screws (5/1) on the right and left inside of the cabinet that fixes the front panel,
but do not remove the upper and lower screws on each side.
7. As the front panel has slots around the upper and lower screws (5/1), this panel with the crusher
can now be folded out and in the same operation lifted out of the cabinet. Place the crusher
on the motor fan hood and be careful not to damage the cable.
Note that the weight of the
crushing unit is 60 kg.
8. Dismantle the safety interlock switch
(6/1) from the front panel, two locking nuts on the outside
of the panel.
9. Disconnect the motor cable from the connection box on the motor (6/2).
