4. Attaching the adapter

NOTICE:
Suction tubes are made with a 32-mm or 35-mm
diameter. The top of the Clean Check Adapter has
a wide QR]]OH¿JDQGWKH bottom has a nar-
row QR]]OH¿JVRWKDW\RXFDQXVHLWLQERWK
FDVHV8VLQJWKHDGDSWHUSLHFHVXSSOLHG¿J
you can now, depending upon requirements, nar-
row the upper nozzle from Ø 35 mm to Ø 32 mm

1.
Test to see whether the adapter can be securely
slid onto the suction tube with its upper nozzle
¿JZLWKRXWWKHDGDSWHUSLHFH

If not, your vacuum cleaner has a 32-mm-
diameter suction tube, the diameter of which
must be increased. To do so, push the adapter

If it can, your vacuum cleaner’s suction tube

Insert the suction tube into the upper nozzle of

when doing this to secure it.

First switch on the adapter by pressing the ‘ON’

7KH/('VOLJKWXSEULHÀ\

The green LED is now shining permanently.
2.
Switch the vacuum cleaner on after you have
switched on the adapter.
3.
Check the cleaning progress using the coloured
/('VRQWKHDGDSWHU¿JDQGDGMXVW\RXU
vacuuming behaviour according to the display.
4.
Switch the vacuum cleaner off when the display
only shows ‘ green ’.
–
If no more dirt is vacuumed up and the adapter
is not moved for two minutes thereafter, then it
turns itself off.

The green LED goes out.
NOTICE:

the vacuum cleaner. Otherwise, there might be er-
roneous readings.
Red
= very dirty;
Orange
= slightly dirty
Yellow
= looks clean;
